Heated Incubators Provide a Precise and Stable Incubation Environment

Culture experiment on microbes – the basic module of creatures, is one of the essential elements of biotechnology. In order to sustain the life and culture microbes, we must clear an important environmental condition – temperature.

A precise thermo environment is required in culture experiments on mesophilic bacteria that grows best in moderate temperature, thermophilic bacteria in high temperature above 50˚C, and also in genetic engineering that uses microbes.

Based on the concept “ Reproducing exact constant temperature environment,” we developed the air jacket type incubator with our electronics technology. Incubators provide a precise and stable incubation environment, and high efficient micro computer timer function reduces the workload of the researchers; Various needs have been reflected in the specifications.

Temperature control range — ambient temperature +5˚C to 80˚C (AT 20˚C)

Panasonic heated incubators allow incubation at normal temperature to high temperature.

User-friendly design

Magnetic catch for easy access, and rubber packing build to last.
Control panel uses a touch keyboard and an easy-to-read green LED display. Temperature and time are shown respectively by digital displays. Durable stainless steel for interior cabinet.

Microprocessor PID control + air iacket system

Microprocessor PID control and Air jacket system give precise temperature control within the chamber. Temperature accuracy is within ±0.2˚C (at setting temperature 37˚C) and temperature uniformity is within ±1.0˚C (at setting temperature 37˚C).
It prevents medium desiccation.

Microprocessor timer function

An accurate microprocessor timer is fitted to allow experiments up to 99 hours and 59 minutes. Desired start time is set by an automatic start (delay function). An information function activates a buzzer when a set time is over and keeps a set temperature after an operation finishes. Various operation patterns can be set by utilizing these functions.
